About This Project

This website has been fully coded and financed mainly by Simone Severini. I aim to provide comprehensive and user-friendly documentation to assist you in making the most out of the HFSS platform.

Born in Italy in 1977, I have always had a strong passion for mountains. I spent my early life climbing rock and ice in Finale Ligure and Val Varaita. I love ski mountaineering and regularly enjoy skiing. I am married and a father of three. In 2019, I obtained my paragliding license, which allowed me to combine my previous mountaineering skills with flying. Currently, I am pursuing my tandem pilot certification.

I live and work in Switzerland as a co-founder of an AI-focused startup based in Zurich.

Max Ghelfi dedicated some of his time into the project supporting based on his experience and network.

I started paragliding in 2008, first as a solo pilot and later obtaining my tandem certification. Technology has always been one of my great passions. Over the years, I've had the privilege of participating in various paragliding events as a scorekeeper and consultant, with Ironfly being one of the most notable successes.

As a qualified judge and race director, I firmly believe that today's technological tools provide unprecedented opportunities to make competitions and training events more educational and fair for all participants.

In my professional life, I work as a programmer and 3D modeler for an international company in the plastics sector, where I oversee production operations. This technical background, combined with my passion for paragliding, allows me to contribute unique perspectives to the sport's development.
